How to buy Wedding Gifts within Budget For the Budget conscious, receiving a wedding invitation, makes you race towards two things. One is the wedding dress that you are going to wear and the other is the wedding gift that you need to buy. These wedding gifts mean that you will have to spend money and in turn means that you will have to make very effort to meet this month budget. In the end if you have got two or three wedding invitations then I am pretty sure that you will have over spent your budget.

Here are some ideas for buying a wedding gift within your budget

10 Wedding Gift ideas within a Budget

1. Registry List
Go to shops that have registry Lists. Earlier, these shops were expensive but now it seems that these are low range to high end range of retailers who do that. So you are off to a good start if the wedding couple has picked up an average retailer. But here too rush to the store or go online immediately to book your gifts. That way you can get your hands on something very meaningful and also within your budget.

Generally, if you shop for wedding gifts in the last moment, in a time crunch situation you will spend more money than you wanted to. You should get in early as that will help you pick the choicest of gifts within budget. The factor is that if you do not the gift of your choice then make sure that you go to the same retailer and look at the gifts in the catalog. That helps as sometimes they can deliver it directly without extra cost.

2. Buy a piece of Art:
Depending on your budget, plan how much you are willing to spend on each present. Remember, original artworks can cost from $100 to many millions of dollars. However, even if your budget is as low as a couple of hundred dollars / euros, you can purchase beautiful paintings or drawings by emerging artists or excellent limited-edition photographs and graphic prints by well-known master artists. A unique element of art is that you are pretty much assured of a stable investment, with high potential gains.

3. Buy China:
This is a great stand-by gift if you aren't sure what to buy because its something that the bride and groom actually really want. They picked it out, after all. Depending on the pattern and the store where the couple registered, pieces can range in price widely. But if you can't buy a full setting, you can probably buy the sugar bowl or something that is on the lower end of the price scale. It's still a perfect gift.

4. Photo Frames
This is a pretty over-used wedding gift idea, but if you find a unique and distinct-looking frame, the bride and groom will love it. From the hundreds to thousands of professional portraits the couple receives, to the numerous informal pictures that family members and friends e-mail to the newlyweds, there are so many great shots that the bride and groom will want to frame. And frames are a great gift for anyone, because you can get a really nice one for $15 at Marshall's or Target or you can spend $150 or more on a Waterford frame, if you're looking for a higher priced item.

5. Gift a Theme Basket
Create a theme basket with items from the drugstore, dollar store, or discount chain. An example could be "Breakfast in Bed." Fill a basket with jams, maple syrup, tea, coffee, 2 mugs, pancake, muffin, or scone mix. The newlyweds will love this personal touch for a weekend morning together. How about a "Romantic Evening" basket? Put candles, two bath towels, bubble bath, chocolates, a small bottle of champagne, and two champagne flutes in a basket. Wrap baskets in cellophane available in rolls wherever card and wrap supplies are sold.

6. Gift a bottle of Wine or Champagne
Rarely does a registry have wine on it, yet there isn't a couple who doesn't appreciate a nice bottle of wine or bubbly. There are great domestic wines for under $20 that please the palate and would add a nice touch to a romantic evening. Consult your local wine merchant for the best of the budget wines and champagne.

7. Towels, bedsheet and some essential bathing oils
Towels can be an incredibly useful and inexpensive wedding gift. And, they fill up a big box, making your gift look a little splashier. If a set of towels is out of your price range, why not get one big luxurious bath sheet and a bottle of bubble bath. You might even throw in a few votive candles to make the gift extra romantic.

8. Stuff for the Honeymoon
If they are going to a beach on their honeymoon, a beach blanket, some sunscreen, and a frisbee packaged in a low-cost bag can be a thoughtful and fun gift. Just make sure they open it before they buy these essentials for themselves.

9. Movie Tickets
Newlyweds are often looking for cheap date ideas. Why not give them a movie night? Buy a romantic comedy or another favorite movie, add in some microwave popcorn, and perhaps a blanket to cuddle up under or a big bowl to serve the popcorn.

10.Magazine Subscription
Magazine subscriptions are gifts that keep on giving. You might choose a home making magazine like Real Simple or Good Housekeeping, a crowd-pleaser like National Geographic, or a magazine that is particular to their interests.
