What Is a Lessor?
A lease is a contract between two entities out of which one leases the property or vehicle to the consumer for a period of time. The one who is giving the lease is called the lessor and the consumer who uses it is the lessee. In cases of residential leases the landlord or proprietor is the lessor and the tenant is the lessee. This is the same case with an auto or car lease but the only difference is that the lessor procures the vehicle and then leases it to the consumer.
